Emotional Thermometers

We are learning to identify our emotions and recognize how our emotions can escalate and flip our lid or disconnect our thinking brain from our animal reactive brain causing us to react and do things that we regret or don’t think through.  By starting to identify when we are climbing our thermometer, we can start to identify when we need to stop and calm down before it’s too late.
